Tae-Jew Noodles – A lighter version of the boat noodle, large rice noodles made w/ chicken stock and bean sprouts, garnished w/ green onions, cilantro and white pepper.

Red Curry (Kang Dang) – deep herbal taste, a blend of ginger and dried chilies. Pineapple Red Curry variation available upon request.
Yellow Curry (Indian Curry) – light, sweet and creamy, with potatoes, carrots, and hints of herbs and peanuts.
Green Curry – bold herbal taste, mild spiciness yet sweet. Made w/ eggplant and bamboo shoots.
Panang – intense and aromatic, the spiciest of the curries. Herbal tasting w/ tones of nutmeg, spicy cinnamon and ginger; hints of citrus w/ spicy bite.
Massamun – similar to Indian curry, but sweeter w/ slight chili bite and strong citrus and lemon undertones.
